Resource for Redistricting California 2011 - The Brennan Center For Justice: A Citizens Guide to Redistricting, 2010 edition

Historically, redistricting has largely been done by state legislators behind closed doors. This guide is updated to include new state laws and recent court decisions that will help shape redistricting in 2011. The guide provides engaged citizens with the knowledge and tools they need to get involved with this round of redistricting, and to work towards continuing reforms that will bring transparency and public input into the process.
